Trophy Games and RedPilz Studio have locked in July 30, 2026 for The Ranchers' Steam Early Access launch, with the period expected to run about six months.
The wait now has a date. The Ranchers is set to launch into Steam Early Access on July 30, 2026, publisher Trophy Games and developer RedPilz Studio have confirmed via the game’s Steam page.
The open-world country-life sim will arrive as a substantial, playable build that continues to grow through Early Access, a period the studio expects to last around six months before a full 1.0 release. That framing is increasingly common for ambitious sim games: launch a feature-rich foundation, then expand and balance it with community feedback.
At Early Access launch, The Ranchers targets PC (Windows), macOS and Linux/SteamOS, with console and mobile versions planned to follow. The game reaches this milestone with serious momentum, having passed 350,000 Steam wishlists off the back of its Steam Next Fest demo.
